Refunds

Please contact us by telephone or email info@hyjewellery.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return products / part exchange.

If a watch is purchased new there will be no refunds. If a watch is purchased second hand we will insist that the client comes to see it before purchasing. If you have purchased a watch and wore it, we can only purchase the watch back from you, depending on the condition and the market value.

We can offer you store credit or part exchange with anything from our store. 

We are unable to refund any jewellery also. 

Exchanges

Please contact us directly should you wish to return an item and exchange it for another so that we can arrange this for you
